Exercise and Erection: Kegel for Staying Power

Kegels (named after the gynaecologist, Dr Arnold Kegel) are thigh exercises used to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle and other muscles of the pelvic diaphragm. This is commonly recommended in pregnant females to strengthen their birthing muscles, but these can also be used by men to maintain a lasting erection during sex. Studies have shown that having control of the pelvis will give a guy significant benefits for the problem of premature ejaculation.

How to Do the Kegel Exercise:
Start out relaxed and sitting straight, and then tighten the muscles in the general pelvis area for a few seconds at a time. Repeat. The real test of getting it right comes during urination. Those who successfully identified the target muscles initially should be able to stop their urine flow at midstream for a few seconds. With practice, a man should be able to tighten the anal muscles without squeezing the muscles on his rear. There are several ways to do kegels, and these are:
Do 15 repetitions of Quick Pumps, pause for 30 seconds and repeat, a guy can start at 15 and work his way up to 100 twice a day.

Contract slowly and hold for 5 seconds, release slowly. Work your way to at least 25 repetitions two times a day.

One long contraction, but with several pauses – Slowly contract a third of the way, pause, then continue two-thirds of the way, pause again, then go all the way (10 repetitions, twice times a day)
Kegel enthusiasts have long promoted this thigh exercise to obtain better quality orgasms and more powerful thrusts (I,e, obvious and sustained thickness of the penis). Multiple orgasm and G spot phenomenon in women continue to be regarded as myths, but men too, have their share of sexual prowess urban legends; one of which is the male multiple orgasm.

Whether this is true or not depends entirely on those men who claim that they have tried it. Obtaining optimum muscle strength will help a lot in sexual stamina.

Pelvic floor exercises may help men with erectile dysfunction bring their youthful vigour back in the bedroom. Kegel exercises used in tandem with Herbal Viagra might just be the combination that aging men are looking for to increase their sex drive. Cheap viagra remains the best way to combat impotence.
