How to Come Like the Porn Stars!
Men often watch adult films and wonder how porn stars manage to shower their partners in seemingly never-ending amounts of the white stuff, while they can only manage a depressingly thin dribble themselves.
The problem of low sperm volume can actually have a negative effect on a man’s sex life and lead to a lack of libido and low levels of confidence in the bedroom – this is not helped by watching porn actors hosing women down like sexual firemen.
Regular Sex Increases Libido in Older Men
Older men, we call these men in their prime (50-70). They are those who have seen it all; very successful with their careers and family lives. They have paid their dues, and are now enjoying life after the fast lane. They have kids who have grown to be wonderful adults, and have presented one or several grandchildren who continue on their legacy of excellence.
The question is: do these men who were masters of the corporate meeting rooms still have what it takes to make their partners soar with sexual passion in the bedroom?
A lot have been said about declining sexual urge during these ages (view our articles on Ageless Lovemaking Potential and Aging Effects on Erection Power). The consensus nowadays indicate that sexual urge and libido declines when you let it. This means that a man will only lose his capacity and even urge to make love only when he stops doing so.
One study showed that having sexual intercourse less than once per week doubled the risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to having sex once per week. The only trouble is, how can a man perform when his member failed him during his previous tries. Maintaining a healthy sex life declines with age because of the presence of diseases, lack of energy and hormonal imbalances. To make matters worse, men who want to have sex to please their partners but cannot because of physical limitations such as these will not readily submit themselves to diagnosis and prescriptions. They have had enough of these procedures for other things, and being subjected to more intrusive tests will make them balk at getting that prescription for sildenafil citrate. For these men, there is always an alternative drug that is equally efficient in curing erectile dysfunction. Herbal Viagra is definitely worth the try. Herbal Medications Promote Libido
With more and more men coming out of the dark to tell the world about their problems with sex and arousal, the need for more drugs to alleviate erection problems has increased. Viagra, the accidentally discovered drug that dilate arteries and increase blood flow to the penile region, has been successful, but with success comes a price. Side effects such as temporary blindness and hearing loss have prevented men from fully embracing this drug as their cure all for erection worries, prompting even more companies to come up with organic alternatives (Herbal Viagra) to Viagra.
Funding for research on phramacokinetics and pharmacognosy has been extensive, but the information on several medicinal plants showing potential as erectile dysfunction medication has been worth it. One such study involved Securidaca longepedunculata, Wrightia natalensis and Rhoicissus tridentate, medicinal herbs that are used exactly for this purpose by ethnic people, were evaluated for their in vitro activity on the contraction of corpus cavernosal smooth muscle of laboratory animals. Some of the extracts of these plants showed relaxing effects on the corpus cavernosal smooth muscle at low concentrations. A significant aspect of this study is the use of sildenafil citrate (Viagra) as the positive control, the treatment that is used as the benchmark for herbal drug activity.
Results of the study mentioned above showed that at certain concentrations, these plants’ extracts could be used as alternatives to Viagra. Extracts of Securidaca longepedunculata added to human spermatozoa negatively affected certain sperm parameters negatively at high concentrations, but not at low concentrations.
